Our seafood rub is a perfect combination of aromatic spices such as allspice and nutmeg blended together with both woody and sweet tasting herbs such as sage and celery. This mild rub blends well with the briny taste of seafood and fish.
HOW TO USE
Can be used as a wet marinade by combining it with olive oil to marinate shellfish and fish. It can also be used as a dry marinade by simply sprinkling it directly on fish or shellfish to create a crusty finish.
Works best when used in its dry form when Barbecuing.
HOW TO STORE
No special storage needed. Store in room temperature. Once open keep it away from Direct sunlight and heat.
