Our natural soy sauce is originated from locally grown soy beans. The soy beans are combined with a salt brine and allowed to brew according to ancient traditional procedures. This results in a dark brown salty liquid which embodies the earthy authentic soy sauce flavor which makes it ideal for all purpose seasoning.
Soy sauce is extremely nutritious. It contains high amounts of sodium but is also rich in antioxidants, isoflavones, protein and even a small amount of fiber.
No added preservatives, flavor enhancers or colorants.
