With no added sugar, our vegan plant-based kithul is all natural, low-gi, and vitamin rich making it a healthier alternative to refined sugar and other syrup sweeteners/toppings. This multi-use product is locally famed as a companion to buffalo milk curd and wattalapam, but also can be used to sweeten juices, as a topping for waffles and ice cream, as a marinade base, for savoury glazes and more.
