Gluten-free protein muffin bake mix with cashews and cacao. For about 10 muffins

How To Use 
Stir the bake mix well to remove any clumps. Add 2 cups (480ml) of treacle and 1 1/2 cups (370ml) of water or plant milk and whisk to a smooth batter. If you like it sweeter, you can replace more water with treacle - the total liquid added should be approx. 3 1/2 cups (850ml). Preheat the oven to 180°C (350F) and let the mixture rest for 5-10 minutes. Fill into baking cups greased with coconut oil or plant oil and bake for approx. 25 minutes. Bake until muffins are fully cooked through - check by inserting a toothpick. If it comes out dry, they are ready!

Top tip: prepare the dough and let it rest in the fridge over night. Soaking legumes, such as lentils, helps your body to absorb nutrients better!

No special storage. Store in a dry place out of direct sunlight
