1. General Information
All our products are subject to product availability. We update stock every few hours on our site but occasionally customers are in an out of stock window when the site has not updated as yet. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment. Please don't be mad at us.
2. Delivery Location
Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in Sri Lanka at the moment. However, our plans are to eventually take over the world.
We also accept orders from international customers who are shipping to addresses in Sri Lanka.
3. Delivery Time
An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 2 business days of the date of your order. Business days are Monday to Friday, except holidays.
Please note we do not ship on Saturdays & Sundays.
Certain products may also be delivered in separate shipments depending on the products ordered.
But all in all, we promise to do everything in our power to ensure that your order is delivered promptly with lots of invisible love dribbled on the top. Because let's face it. We love you. And nobody wants to disappoint someone they love.
4. Delivery Instructions
You can provide special delivery instructions on the check-out page of our website. We'll do everything we can to make you happy!
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are based on the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.
If that's too much trouble and you would just like us to hit you with a ball point number, our standard delivery charge is 220 but this slightly increases if you live quite a distance from Colombo.
We also have a pick up option which is completely free and gives us a chance to meet you in person and send some warm smiles and loving kindness your way!
6. Damaged Items in Transport
If there is any damage to the item or packaging on delivery, don't panic!!! If you panic, we panic and then all of a sudden, everyone is panicked. Contact us at email@example.com and we'll do everything we can to amend the situation.
